Searched the forums for information, and haven't found any recommendations. I even tried the site that was suggested on the thread about the B7100 Seat source, and that company doesn't have a seat listed for the BX22, and their website has limited listings for the BX tractors.

Thanks for the suggestion, however, I don't believe that I use my tractor enough to warrant spending $369 for a suspension seat. I would consider it for my ZTR though. One of the problems with finding a seat for the BX22, is that it needs to be narrow enough to swivel to put it in the back hoe position. It is a lift, fold, twist, action because in the back hoe position, the seat sits higher on the machine.

Added in edit: I misread the model number. The comments below pertained to a BX2200. Leaving post up in the event it helps others.
I bought the replacement seat that was offered as part of the recall years ago from Messicks. It was significantly more comfortable in that it did not have the traditional forward slant to it. Price was reasonable.

When I checked with Messicks about a year and a half ago, I was told that the BX22 seat was discontinued.
That seat was for the BX23, and I vaguely remember something about that seat that it was said that it wasn't backward compatible with the BX22.
Too bad you're so far away, I'd give to the old seat off my BX2230 for free just to get rid of it. Nothing wrong with it, I just put a much more comfortable seat on it.

DustyRusty, the part number I gave you is the replacement (updated) part number for the original that is discontinued, and will fit.
I picked it up at Rural King, model SEA-44000BE, their stock number 10004246. Don't remember the make, Black Talon or Concentric maybe.

That's the same seat we were able to get for $47 some dollars earlier this year, I bought 4 of them, still have one in the box.
At the same time I was also able to get Polycimade garage coating for super cheap too, I bought 12 boxes of that.

I used the same Rural King seat Dismith posted on my L4240. When the seat pan failed because of rust, I tried to get one from Kubota. It was over $1100. The one I got for $45 is actually preferred over the stock seat!

That $45 seat today is selling for $249.99... I checked just this morning when it was posted with a link. Must be the tariffs!!
I think when they had that sale they were getting rid of that product and going to another mfg. co. So the sale is over, and I wouldn't be waiting for a bargain there.
