what kind of tree is that?
on my property, i feel like the only trees that fall over are the ones with that type of leaf, Ash I think? Every year.

Chainsaw, grapple, chipper, stump grinder, done. If you mess with trees much, particularly if you deal with brush, a grapple is worth the cost.
