I have a BH76 subframe and am going to buy a new BH77...does anybody know if they will both fit on the same subframe on an L2800?

Anybody got any feedback on the BH77 , like it...problems, etc.

I am trying to figure out if my old bucket will work (pin diameter) on the 77...if anyone can measure the dia. on their 77...would appreciate it.

Thanks...

I measure the bucket pin diameter at right around an inch. The top BH mounting pins (to subframe) are 1-1/4".

Perhaps you can check the parts diagrams for both models to see if the subframes/buckets are the same. I do think that a bucket swap would work.

I have very limited use on the BH77 when I got it in december. it had the wrong control sticks and it appeared to swing slow to the left.

The BH77 has the newer style curved boom. So far I like mine it does have the thumb option. As far as sub frame they are the same part numbers. Sub frame will fit all basic L series and bh75-bh77 also fit the same sub frames. I searched all this because I bought one off a L3800HST and put it on a L3700SU. Have now bought a NOS sub frame and hose kit from a dealer that stated it fit a L3400 with a LA463 loader and BH76. It fit on Dad's L3800HST exact and now we both can use the backhoe.

Thanks for the info, so in your opinion would a bh76 fit onto a bh77 subframe, i have a b2650 which calls for a bh77, but I can purchase a nice used bh76 with thumb and would just buy the new bh77 subframe if that would work
