I'm still in a routine of going to bed about 930pm ish and up by 530am, my wife hates it, but I'm a morning person and I love sunrises and like to hear the birds wake. For about the first 6 weeks or so 0400 came around my eyes popped open, time to get going to work,,, Ahhh wait I dont have to go to work any more,, so I went back to sleep till about 0500 and I had to get up. Now if I make it to 0630 the whole day is wasted.
