I have a hydraulic pump (67211-76100 ) according to the parts list that is letting hydraulic oil back into the crankcase. The tractor has 600 hrs on it. According to other posts on this subject it would appear that rebuilding it is not likely to repair the issue. My question is if anyone has experience with the China made pumps. The China made pumps are half of the $670 that OEM pumps cost. I feel like it may be a better option to get a used pump than a new china pump given past experiences with china made carburetors. I can find no feedback on the Chinese replacement pumps.

Rather than change pumps, with 600 hours the original pump lilely has a lot of life left but its seals have failed due to old age.

Suggest you replace seal #80 for $10 before going elsewhere.

A seal is cheaper than a pump. I'd try replacing the main shaft seal. They have a number and are a standard seal.

On my older L185 I had the same seal fall and it is an easy repair. There may be different seals for different tractor serial numbers. I assume my pump was swapped out at some point in the past so I ended up just having to order all seals to find the one that fit. They are not too expensive so it wasn’t a big deal money wise just time consuming. You may be able to get the seal matched by a hydraulic repair shop and not have to get it through the dealer. I didn’t try that I just ordered them through the dealer.

You will also need to replace a few o rings on the inlet and outlet lines on the pump, and if you take it apart there are o rings under the covers.

Good luck
