Hi all
new here but this looks like a great place:D
I have an old B7100 and the clutch is starting to go on me. Is this a job I can tackle on my own? I do have a friend who is a truck mechanic who is willing to help me, and you guys of course.

So the clutch went on me and I have the tractor split in my friends garage. It looks to me like the clutch release levers are worn out, but not the clutch plates. Is this typical, or is there another problem? I still plan to replace the clutch plates, is there anything else I should do while I have it apart?

I recently had it done at the dealer. I didn't have time as I am currently building a house too. As I told my local dealer,"do it all I don't ever want to do it again!" Replace **ANY** wear item as it will be cheaper now than redoing it later. Do it right the first time not the second time around. It's like rewarding yourself ahead of time.

good luck and work safe, tim
