B21 Cranking Problems Intermittently

Hi everyone, I have a B21 with a B751 backhoe attachment on it and it has been a stellar little tractor. Lately, when I heat the glow plugs and turn it over, it will spin like it has no intention of cranking, almost like the key switch was off. If I stop and try a couple of times, it will fire up like the key was turn on. It happens every 4th or 5th time I star it lately. Any Ideas where to start troubleshooting?

I’d watch to see if the fuel shutoff solenoid is activating. Easy and free.

Sorry, when I read it to myself, it don't make much sense. The starter will turn the engine, it will not start and run. It's probably the fuel shutoff solenoid like stated by L35.
