8028t disk mower conditioner

Hi All,

I’ve got a new 8028T and having a hard time getting it dialed in for height. When I drop the unit the left side pops back up and I get a higher cut on that side. Any advice?

Sounds like your left side spring tension is too much. Have no experience with the Kubota line of mowers, but have many many years of experience over thousands and thousands of acres using New Holland, Kuhn, and John Deere mower conditioner. Usually if one side is coming up too easily or conversely, one side dragging too hard, then spring tension for each side needs adjusting. Your book should tell you how to do it.
