Hello everyone, a cold and windy day se ontario,
therefore how about some firewood discussions
I am considering building a 3 pt hitch log splitter, however is the b2620 able to operate this equipment? If so, can I purchase info/plans &/or kits?

See my post "Wood Splitter Connections". I've narrowed my selection down to the Powerhorse 1159 from Northern Tool or maybe the Split-Fire 3203, but I think the 3203 is too big.

Search out some reviews on the 1159. The reviews on the Northern Tool sight were very helpful as well.

Matt from Split-fire got back to me (very quickly) and it turns out that the Split-fire 3203 is NOT too big for me AND its very reasonably priced. I am pretty much sold on the idea of the Split-fire due to its sturdy built...and its Canadian.

Hey korydz, thank you for following up. What was the price you were quoted for the Split-Fire 3203 if you don't mind sharing? I've seen a few of those around, they look pretty solid and well built.

I've been quoted $995 plus freight. I'm waiting to hear back if there's a extra charge for painting it "kubota orange". The research I've done on these tells me this is the right product. Its simple, heavy, efficient, and Canadian made.
