I was looking to them when I bought my 2601 and the dealer kind of steered me away saying it was way to heavy, so I got the grapple,, found out later, it is not to heavy

I bought the Kubota 4 in 1 bucket with my L6060 and it is too heavy.

Payload is reduced significantly.

Got a friend here at work that has one on his L3901 and he loves it.

However, he has a back hoe he does his heavy lifting with.

He does like the ability to clamp down on things such and trees and brush and move them. Then scoop a pile of dirt without going from bucket to grapple.

He says he would do it again after owning it for 4 years now no regrets.

He also says it is heavy but should out last the tractor very stout.

Guess if the plan is to move much heavy stuff then one may should really dive into the weight difference of the buckets.

I've never actually looked at the specs of the various buckets.

I have a 72" MSI with teeth that weighs close to 700lbs. With just loaded tires that bucket owns my 4760. With the Kubota ballast box loaded with gravel approx 900lbs and the loaded tires, it works very well for digging, grading and carrying large loads of materials. As a way to clamp on and move stuff the 4 in 1 works but my 66" root grapple works much better.
