After reading online about hydraulic systems, I assume that my backhoe is the last item in the loop (only one line coming out of it) so it goes to the tank.

So when my backhoe is not on tractor my valve power beyond will go on that return line. I read the return lines were only low pressure. Am I going to break something by hooking up my power beyond to the return line?

Thanks

Negative, the BH is a PB loop not a tank/ return line, it's completely differnt.
