Kubota bx24 ground question

On the right side of the frame by the front tire there is a ground lug. One wire appears to ground to a bracket in front of starter. The other comes out a harness. The one coming out of the harness wasnt connected when inbought the tractor. The harness is behind the starter. Anyone know what it is for? I tried uploading pics, but wouldn't let me
