Hello from Greece to all Orange Tractor fans.
I had an old made by Me :D:D:D utility trailer that some of you have seen in old post photos.
It was made by 8x8cm heavy duty tubes and an axle of an old rear wheel drive Toyota Corolla with 13inch wheels, the trailer serve me about 15 years with its wooden floor, but the last 3 had develop some big holes and cracks.

So i decide to update it with small amount of money and a lot of personal work,

A friend of mine has all the tools that i need.
1. First i remove the wooden floor,
2. A 3mm plate was soldered in the floor.
3. The front of the trailer was made by 2mm plate and some good pressing for strength.
4. The old door was shortened at the right front height at (150cm x 40cm)
5. New trailer jockey wheel, Some minor cleaning and painting (black at the bottom , orange all the other...

I don't have photos of the painting right now but i update the post with dimensions and photos of the finish product with reflectors and minor improvements..

Looks great...

But I do not see the orange, except for the wheel rims and a bit of rust on the new deck...:)

As i have promise here are some orange pictures.
The bed dimensions are 250cm x 150cm and the bed height from the road is 60cm

Two things are need to be done right now,

First to create a removable chain holder for the rear door so i can open it and leave it flat behind.

Second, remove the drum brakes from the axle. :p

Looks good! I see you are welding and using wood too. What are you planning to haul?

As you may have see in some old posts i haul everything , from firewood, gunnysacks with olives or everything all that needs to be hauled. :p:p:p

1..
Two more modifications.
Add two tiebacks at the front off the bed and some removable chains that hold the rear door flat open.

Here some evidence!!!
And that's for now because i run out off the desirable amount $$$€€€ and time.

Nice tractor too. Never see them with those fender handles around here.
