Mounted them on my FEL loader uprights on my open station M9000. Very handy for seeing what is back there when roading. Fabbed the brackets and bought 2 mirrors from All States Ag. Exact copies of the OEM cab mirrors except the price. If I remember correctly, I paid 15 bucks for each with free shipping.

Older models used to come with a rear view mirror, sometimes as an option. In the pic below, you can see the mounting holes on the hood of the B7100. But they were the first things removed when FELs were installed. When I was doing a lot of box blade work, I planned on making some magnetic mount mirrors to stick on the FEL uprights, but I had bigger fish to fry and very little time for cooking. Now that the BH is mounted pretty much all the time, I will probably never get around to the mirror project.

I mounted a golf cart mirror on my canopy. It takes a little getting used to being such a wide angle mirror but that actually makes it better, the field of view is huge.

They are one of those things you don't "NEED" until you have one hehehe

My L3600 came with one my L185 didn't have one, now I find it handy

Mine had the stump of an arm up high on the right. So today I fabbed up a piece to make an old mirror I had lying about fit. Turns out the spring in the arm wasn't strong enough to take the weight and the mirror kept drooping so I cleverly took it off and threw it on the bench for further evaluation

On my previous L3410 I sandwiched a mirror mount in the fel crossbar support. My current L4060 cab has side mirrors, plus I added some 4x6 stick on convex mirrors high on the front glass. The convex mirrors give me more of a view directly behind the tractor.

The golf cart mirror used to work great until I got the cab...doens't fit anymore:-(

I now use a par of 8 inch convex heated mirrors on the cab. They work good until you knock them out of position on tree branches.

A tall outside truck mirror mounted horizontally up high and inside my cab makes snow blowing with my pto powered snow blower a breeze. No looking backwards or strained neck muscles whatsoever. It's a real game changer for rear mounted snow blowers!

used extruded aluminum. opened the center holes to 1/4" and used bolts to hold everything together. to prevent/reduce damage to the loader paint, ouble sided carpet tape and cork strips were added to the aluminum.

Added one to the RS of my BX23S on the FEL upright. There was a preexisting hole there and purchased an adjustable off amazon. Not the best view to the rear but better then nothing. Did the same thing for my BX1870-1 w/o FEL. Had to fashion some metal uprights and secure it so it didn't shake. Again not the best, but better than nothing.

I bought a pair of these mirrors and then a set of magnets from Amazon. Used the bolt to attach two magnets to each mirror. The magnets come with a hole in the center. Two magnets hold the mirrors on the loader towers without any vibration. Works real good. (I just came back from helping my neighbors move a chicken house and was admiring those mirrors as I came down the gravel road)

This is the magnets I used. I did buy some shorter bolts. Might shop around because you will only need 4ea of the magnets.

Mine came with rearview mirrors and I actually use them more than I thought I would.

Like D2, Universal Jeep mirrors off amazon or flea bay with permanent magnets on the loader arms. Easy on, easy off.

I'm interested in this magnet setup. Where did you get the magnets for this?

They’re inch square neodymium x1/8” permanent magnets, fringe benefits from work as long as you’re not to proud to root thru the scrap hopper.😉. Might be able to find something comparable on amazon or use the round ones D2 supplied the link for. I’m not sure if all permanent magnets behave this way but the ones I’ve salvaged are really brittle and will shatter if the mirror isn’t gently rocked into place.
regards
