Been vegetarian my whole life, the cows, chickens and hogs I eat all eat grains, grass and corn so I guess that makes them vegetarian. So if they are vegetarian then that makes me one too LOL.
Hard to beat a sliced Tofu sandwich on stale white bread straight up with a bottle of spring water. Just the ticket for a satisfying lunch.

I tell my wifes friend (a vegan), "let me know when you see something advertised as "tastes just like tofu".
I can't imagine what that BK "not meat" burger is actually made of and I bet it is scarier than a slaughterhouse.

Impossible Foods' burger is made from genetically modified soy, and its characteristic "bleed" comes from soy leghemoglobin (which later turns to heme) that's made from genetically engineered yeast.
Beyond Chicken and Beyond Beef flavors of imitation ground beef product are made from pea proteins, canola oil, and various seasonings.
Just thought someone might like to know.

We had a vegan at work years back and got some navy beans from a customer. She asked what do you do with them? HUH? Processed food vegan. Wow
Bottom line; If your ancestors had not eaten meat you would not even be here. I have read enough to know this.

I don't run in those circles much....
I did try tofurkey once... The first chew had nice flavor.. By the 3rd chew that was gone and you just had a mouth full of flavorless stuff.. I also tried meatless breakfast sausage once... As bad as meatless beef was, this was HORRIBLE..
Like said... Grass and water = beef... God only knows how many chemicals and processes it take to make fake meat..
