B2320 - will not start

Good Afternoon,
I have tried everything I know to get it started.
Turn key, fuel solenoid kicks on, glow plugs light comes on. Will not turn over.
Tested
PTO switch
2 seat switches.
and HST neutral switch.
Oil full HST oil full battery 100% charged

I can hot wire it and it starts and runs fine.
No power to BW wire on starter when key is turned.
Ran fine yesterday used it for 3 hours, parked will not start today.

Are there other safety switches?
I am at a loss

Have you checked fuses?

Do you have the WSM (aka service manual)?

Your tractor with its Operator Presence Controller is more complicated than a typical garden tractor.

I have attached about 6 pages from the WSM.

Note that there are two pto switches.
