Are the "hookups" hydraulic couplings?
If so, best approach may be for you ( your manhours at no costs) remove hydraulic couplings and assembly and bring it to an engineering shop where new pipework and fittings can be fabricated. I presume you don't want to go to Kubota or main agents where costs will be huge.
