When I bought the tractor the cold start rod was missing.
When I adjusted the valves the cold start assembly for both cylinder were brazed together on the underside of the valve cover.
The springs for the two are ok

If anyone has a couple of photo's of the rod from behind the steering wheel to the two operating levers on the valve cover.

Would it be possible to take a photo and send it to me so I can make a cold start rod??

Thank you
Joe

NIW has previously said the decompression feature was from an era where battery performance was marginal compared to today's batteries.

It is no longer needed!
