I have an l35 Kubota backhoe loader that I'm looking to get a quick attach for the front so I could easily switch off bucket, forks and I'm in the market for a transplant implement to Aid in moving several trees and saplings under 3" on my farm. I did a search on internet it comes up with the one that mounts on your forks.. it looks a little small. Have any of you guys made something better that you can share that I could pass on to a welder to fabricate
. thanks

Buy a bare root transplanter that lifts and shakes out the bare root trees.

If you plan on digging root balls what you will need is a tree spade. Expect to pay $5K++ for a small used one in rough shape.

Either way if you fab it yourself expect to spend $5K...if you have to hire a weld shop then buy a used machine, it will be cheaper.

Budget for a skidsteer or a bigger tractor...a tree spade alone will be at your machines lift capacity.
