Confused about Fluids

Somewhat unrelated, I’ve always assumed Kubota filters are made by Denso. Baseplate design wise, they look similar.
For my Kubotas, engine oil filters I believe is either made in Thailand or China and the HST is made in Japan.

It was a lot of finger pointing because everybody wanted to blame the other man but in the end they paid for 4 engines if I remember right but no down time.
I’ve used Mobil 1 filters and Mobil one oil for years. I’m very happy with Mobil 1. I too have the same question about the generic SAMs or Walmart transmission hydraulic oil. It is a lot cheaper. I used it before in older tractors and it was fine. Now with a new L6060 I’m just still wondering if it would be ok.
Not that it won't work but it's more like do you want to save a couple buck and take the chance on a $15K transmission repair. I'd at least stick with SUDT2.
This goes right back to my bologna compared to New York strip. They both will make a turd but one is obviously a better choice.

NO, Generic fluid is very bad for newer tractors!
You can almost count on it destroying some parts.
Most all of the Cheap fluids are based on a standard that has long been obsolete.
