Selling L3901, need pricing suggestions

As the title says I’m selling my L3901 (with deep regret). It has almost 300 hours and comes with backhoe, 3rd function valve with Land Pride 1060 grapple, Land Pride back blade and an old brush hog.
Also installed a block heater. It has been meticulously maintained and everything works perfectly.

These pics are a little old but other than grease (I’m an over greaser) it’s the same.
Looking for suggestions as to pricing.

i can see in the pic that its an HST model... lots of other people might miss that.

also what year? what other features does it have?

Yes I forgot to include that it is an HST, thanks.

I believe it’s a 2015.

That will give you a baseline to HST's of similar year and hours then figure out how much in extras it has.

There are 2 with BH's attached, and it's not suspicious it's just a stock photo as it's new from a dealer.

Features: Are things like rear remotes, third function valves, Cruise Control, Grapple, ECT...
