The deal is this-


The land belongs to one of my customers. He has two parcels, once he sells this one I get to build him a cabin on the other parcel.

My interest is getting this sold so I can build for him.

What I received is a CD of images and not a video so I made a slide show.

I have not driven this land myself but from what I'm told it is 100% usable, not all E TN land is.
