The blower is switched on by a relay that the blower switch controls.

Check your relay panel and find an identical relay and swap for the blower relay.

You might get lucky.

Took the top cap off the cab. Fan started when I started it by hand. Relay tests fine. Waited an hour and fan WOULDNíT start on itís on own. Itís either the resistor or the motor. Iíll test and replace accordingly. Does anyone have the kubota part numbers for the fan and resistor? Iím assuming aftermarket (or the company that makes OEM under a diff name) is available? Thoughts?
