I just tried going to their web page and this is what I get:

Has anyone heard anything about the company? Like they went out of business?

Looks like they may be having issues with their web page. Their FB page is working. I would call them...(704) 419-5332

The last thing I see on FB is from June of 2017.

I placed an order 9.11.19 and Just received it this morning 9.30.19
I wanted to see how to install and tried to go to their website and it was down.

I also just received a PTB from them, guessing they are working on the web site or an issue with the provider from what I see. I did call the office and voicemail does pick up. I would try again in the morning. What are you installing, maybe I can help.
