after using my BH92 for about 30 minutes the "Dipperstick" cylinder is so hot i can barely hold my hand on it. Is this normal operating temp? also i'm running the RPMs around 2K.

Very normal....you would be hot too - if squeezed under pressure and pressed through a fairly small hole back and forth .....thousands of times! :D;):)

Oh boy....couple weeks ago greeno had a hot rear-end and now a hot ram....
Let’s keep it PG-13 or better....[emoji12]
Seriously, as the guys said, a bunch of heat is generated with hydraulics.
I think Kenny said rule of thumb is 100 degrees F above ambient temperature, so it can be very hot indeed.
