My dad was at the local tractor dealer and ended up doing some wheeling and dealing and brought home a box blade.

Got to put it to good use today and it worked well.

Nice. My box blade is my most used rear implement. They have so many uses.
You won't regret that purchase.

Now I have the job of convincing the wife that I need a couple rear remotes and a top-n-tilt kit. :D

Nice tractor by the way also. The top and tilt would be very nice with a box blade. I have to get off and adjust mine when I'm working a crown into my road building projects. The T&T would make things so much quicker.

When we went to look at tractors, my dad and wife both went. I was looking at the L3301. My wife suggested looking at the Grand L3560. I told her it was more than I wanted to spend. She pointed out with my allergy problems and the fact that I work in on office most days of the week anymore (her nice way of pointing out that I'm soft), that I would quickly give up on using the L3301 and my 73y/o dad would be out there by himself trying to clean things up. So, she quickly convinced me that I needed the cab tractor and I'm VERY happy she did!

Yes she is. While I was at work she went up and paid for the 3rd function valve. When I dropped off the tractor, they informed that she had also paid to have them put on rear lights.

She was out there one evening with me and noticed how hard it was to see behind the tractor after dark, so she took it upon herself to correct the issue. I wasn't about to ask for lights, I figured I had spent enough money on the tractor already.

My most used implement so far for sure is the box blade. I love it. In the pictures it almost looks like the blade is damaged on yours, or perhaps its just a little wet/dirt spot, but it looks like the edge of the blade is damaged/chipped in the pictures. If that is the case I hope he got a super good mark down.

That is spots where the frost was knocked off it. The bb was on the trailer over night and those spots are where we brushed up against it getting a chain on the bb to lift it off the trailer to set it on the ground so I could hook up to it.

Ah, very good. It looked almost like I was seeing ground threw those little spots on the edge ofthe blade. Nice unit. I went cheap on mine and got the one at tractor supply. Put a good 20 hours or so on it so far clearing woods and its worked great. Love the BB
