M7060 hydraulic pressure?

You need to appreciate the hydraulic circuit. You have two relief valves.

One on the FEL valve and a second on the rear of the tractor.

The WSM for the tractor only talks about adjusting the relief on the rear of the tractor. Fine if you do not have a loader.

Because the FEL valve feeds the rear of the tractor using a power beyond port, the FEL relief valve sets the maximum pressure the rear of the tractor can see.

The correct sequence is to adjust the FEL relief and then the relief on the rear of the tractor.

It is impossible to set the rear relief higher than the loader relief.
