What about a BH90?
One of the guys (upnover, [keith]) on here has one and it's in perfect condition.
He's just north of me in Canada, and I'm talking a very short drive north.
I could help with getting it to you, I know of some cheap shipping methods.
Thanks North Idaho Wolfman for the heads up. I have not done any research on the Kubota BH90. I will have to look, I wonder if the specs are similar? This is probably a silly question. But will the sub frame mount and the controls work for a Kubota L4400DT-1, and are they included?
I have a L Series subframe kit for a BH92. Has extenders for a cab as well. I had to purchase another subframe kit for my MX. Let me know if your interested.
Your L4400DT-1 will require the BH4979 subframe kit. How do I know? I have an L4400DT (before the -1) and found a great deal on a BH92 backhoe. Took my tractor to the dealer for the subframe install and we discovered the difference between a -1 and a non-1. I have been puzzling fabrication work to make my BH92 work on my tractor but my end up throwing in the towel on this one.
BH4979 kits run around $1200 new but are still available through Kubota.
If you are still looking, we can chat. I may even be taking a trip to CO within the next month or so.
