Hello I am having some issues with my B6200D.

Lately I noticed the oil level rising and spewing out the valve cover bypass tube.
I figure either diesel fuel is getting into the oil from the injectors dribbling instead of atomizing or hydraulic fluid is getting into the oil some how.

Anyone have experience with this?

Also the hydraulic lever for the raise/lower is sloppy loose and I tried tightening the nut but it doesn't seem to help. The system works good it holds up attachments no problem. I don't know if that valve can be rebuilt or replaced?

thanks

You need to check the Hydraulic fluid level, I bet dollars to doughnuts that it's low.

When a hydraulic pump seal goes out it pumps hydraulic fluid into the engine, causing it to overflow out the breather.

This is probably caused by you're three point valve linkage issue, as it's probably making the system go into bypass, putting too much pressure on the hydraulic pump seal.

It's a simple fix, there is 2 washers under the valve lever that are spring washers to keep tension on the lever, you probably need to replace them.

If it's fuel, your tractor has a mechanical fuel lift pump and its diaphragm could be leaking.

Hey! Thanks for the quick response.

That could be it! I ordered new seals for the hydraulic pump and spring washers for the lever. Since the oil smelled of kerosene also I will seafoam the fuel system and replace the injectors since I ordered new one's already.

I will let you know how it turns out.

:)

Where did you get the injectors? Most people have trouble with the internet version of injector but not OEM or reputable vendors like Oregon?? (Can’t recall if that is the correct name but search injector or similar terms on the forum)

I'll second what Russell said, a lot of injectors (like 99%) of them off amazon, ebay and a bunch of other sources are just bad from the beginning.

I only use true OEM, and Oregon Fuel Injection as a source for injectors. ;)

Just ordered a set from them part # 15271-53020

I also ordered a set of o-rings for the hydraulic pump from messicks.

Are they a good source?

Those Wix oil filters arrived today they are made in Mexico  though Wix was USA oh well

The hydraulic pump is driven by fuel?

See jpeg exploded view and location view.

I ordered all the seals for this pump hopefully this takes care of my oil pressure problem.

Your hydraulic pump is driven by the back of the fuel cam.
so when the main shaft seal goes out it forces oil into the engine.

PoTreeBoy, was referring to the fuel lift pump which is just below the fuel injection pump as a possible source of fuel being leaked into the engine.

No. There is a mechanical fuel pump called a lift pump between the fuel tank and injection pump. It's driven by a cam lobe, similar to cars with carburetors (except much smaller, I didn't notice mine at first). It uses a flexible diaphragm and if that diaphragm leaks it pumps fuel into the crankcase. Yours has a replaceable diaphragm - mine wasn't.
Some engines use an electric pump and some don't have a lift pump at all. Those obviously can't leak fuel into the crankcase.

Pump has been rebuilt all new seals and o-rings :D
just filled it with UDT3 hydraulic fluid from kubota

Going to seafoam the engine and mow the lawn then do the injectors.

Does anyone know where I can purchase a good shop manual?

and the work never ends... :D

Would you know where I can purchase a shop manual with torque specs for the D850?

It's a 70 MM

But warning, the manuals on Kubotabooks for the 70 mm are not the same engine as your B6200D's D850.
The ones they have in the manual are industrial engines and have differences in various specs from Ag engines.

Get the B6200 WSM if you want a complete service manual.
Sorry there is not a free or cheap download of that manual.

https://www.messicks.com/part/97897-10713/workshop-b5200-7

If you just want specs for the bolts and engine adjustments, Use the B5100_B7100 three part manual on Kubotabooks as it used the D750 which has the same specs as the D850 in the B6200.
