Is ground clearance an issue? I would believe that skinny, taller tires and wheel spacers would be the solution for just about any tractor. But a taller tractor may have some control issues with a FEL. I understand that you want to straddle a 30" bed with a tire narrow enough to drive on the 12" paths.....correct?
You may be better off with an older tractor that can be modified rather than trying to find one that already fits the bill.
4wd however will dictate the size ration between the front and rear.....unless you do not need or have 4wd.
