BX24 Pricing

Hi All,
I’m looking at picking up a used 2007 BX24 with approximately 130 hours. It has a loader and hoe as well as a box scraper. Everything appears to be mechanically fine and I was hoping to get some input on what a fair price is. I don’t want to lowball the seller but would rather not get ripped off either.

I bought my 2007 BX24 in 2017 with 260hrs for $11,500. A coworker recently bought a 2008 BX24 with 120 hrs for $10,250.

I bought a 2011 BX25 with loader and backhoe last year for $10,500.
It had about 500 hours on it then.
I have been very pleased with what I have been able to do with it.

Brand new BX23s bought last year. $0 down, 0% financing for 5 years. SSQA loader, SSQA forks, loaded tires, backhoe thumb, light kit, and the 5 year insurance mandatory for the financing option ($1772) plus an extended warranty for 3 years after Kubota warranty expires. Total financed was $23458 including about $300 in fees. Not sure on value but the machine is 13 years old and been outside. Low hours but it sounds a bit steep.
