    L5240 low idle RPM ?

    What is the factory recommended idle RPM for a L5240 HST? Because I companied about engine surging my dealership set idle up to 950 rpm to mask the problem and billed me $40.95 for their trouble. My tractor has less than 51 hours and is still under warranty.
