I’m hesitant to buy the ends from tractor supply and the ends I saw there were not the same thickness.Would a Kubota dealer have these ends or where do you recommend I find some the same size?

I haven’t. I may look into that. I’m down in Louisiana and most of the online salvage places I see are way up north. I’ll have to see if they can ship parts.

That was it. I figured it out last week. I took off the seat and pb blasted the the adjustment rod right where it goes in the rear end. I tuned the knob a little more and I could here fluid leaking back and the 3pt started falling. Happy that’s all it was!

I just got this tractor not long ago. I know it sat up for a few years. I don’t know the maintenance history but the engine and trans oil look clean. I plan on changing all the fluids and filters but just haven’t got to it yet.

I’ve got an ole l4150 I’ve gone thru and got working properly. If I push the throttle all the way it seems to rev accordingly but my tach it never gets up to the 540 PTO mark. I’m assuming it’s a faulty tachometer. Thoughts?

Someone told me it’s good for a finish mower because it turns up a little faster. Not sure how much truth there is to that.

Spot in with the PTO!! This morning the 3pt was down. I made sure the release valve was open and I was able to het it to come back up but nothing after that. Looks like I’ll have to do what theoldhokie said and do some studying.

If the feedback rod breaks in the neutral position with that affect the operation of the 3P? I’m asking because when I first ran the tractor the 3P was not responding when I tried it.

Me and the fella talked about that before he crimped it. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to clear that top corner of the trans/rear end if it turned down to quick.

Well I brought the line to a rebuild shop near me. He said let me see what I can do, took it to the back and came back to the counter with this. Not exactly how I thought I wanted it done but I guess it will do
