Possibly but if he did sell it at this auction he removed the longer shaft and put the short one back in. This doesn't look like it has ever been changed since the original install.

Yes I have the part number for the longer one. I was curious about this post because it said the longer shaft was installed and it was still too short.

Yea not sure. I bought it through a consignment auction. Bought the BX2750B blower with quick hitch. It is an earlier model so probably did come off something like the BX1500. You couldn't tell in the auction photos really which shaft was in the hitch. I was hoping I would get lucky but I did...
