bought this new with my L3902 a couple weeks ago. The wheel swivels fine with no load, but it won't swivel and just digs ruts when turning. I adjusted the deck per the manual (front slightly lower than rear) but nothing seems to help. What I am doing wrong here?

Just got a new L3902, it has around 4 hrs on it. It was dripping gray oil from the weep pin on the bell housing the other day. Is that normal? About a 4" circle after sitting for a few hours. I read the operator manual and couldn't find anything about that weep hole. It is hst model.
