Well guys, as usual- you did good. I found that bolt w/locking nut to the right side under the seat- gave her a slight turn in, saw that was my problem. Thax again for the help. Guess I may need an operators manual, haha
You may want to ck the neu.safety switch and see if it's out of adjustment and be sure you starter wire is connected, mine on a 7100 is not in the harness, it stands alone..
Hi fellows- Got a quick one for you. Does my 7100 have an adjustment on the speed of the lift system? Mine almost jumps up and drops like a rock.thax in advance,Bill
What ever you decide on, try to find a brand that has a dealer near you. My place has 4.75 ac. sold my big tractor and got an Exmark Lazer 60in. (commercial) never looked back.
We have a radiator shop not far from me- when you say re-core,, did they replace the middle part ( fins, and tubes) mine is kinda beat up - haven't taken it to them yet for a price to fix it. The new ones are close to $ 500,,wow...
Not sure if I'm on the same page- but here go's- I once owned a chev.nova that ran what I thought was too hot- Bought a can of "Keep Cool" for the radiator- cooled that boy down like a charm. Not sure it's still on the market- but it worked..Just looked it up-Yep still on the market-- Google it..
From my view- the bracket looks the same just not tapped for the cooler to bolt up. Your also correct in that a fiver wouldn't be a deal breaker- But this boy was not taken care of, prior to me. I am planning to replace cooler as well, kinda looks like operator was looking for stuff to hit...
Hi fellows, Just wondering if anyone knows the difference between radiators for 7100 HST models and non HST models? Reason is I am looking to replace mine (HST model) and I running in tro.finding one that I can afford. The non HST models seem to be priced lower? Thax in advance,Bill
I would love to be able to use that one- tro.is I have found no where to mount sensor? Being a HST, I can't access the flywheel without pulling eng. that I can see. The only place I could mount one is on back of the dymo.but it's only 1/2"wide-too narrow I'm thinking. Am I overlooking maybe an...
Ok fellows-- I really wanted a tach/ hr.meter combo that will fit in my dash, not a "tiny tach". The biggest question here is where can I install the sensor/pickup at? I have a B7100HST-I have looked all over this boy and have yet to find it. I just know, someone has run across this problem...
That would be great-If only I knew what your talking about.haha-Your correct-as stated it didn't come with one, and does have the Dynamo.I saw one with a type of pickup that you strap to the alternator. Recon I could strap it around the base of Dyno.(that part don't turn) and it would work?
Hi fellows- I have a question for you- My 1990? B7100 did not come with an RPM gauge. Has anyone ever added one to their tractor? If so,, how and where did you install it? I would love to have the 2in, dial kind..thax
