    L4701 owner . I have a toro 27ton gas wood splitter with a blown motor. could i uncouple the front bucket hoses , make longer hoses to fit and run a splitter . i know it would be slower @ 7.8gpm

    bucket level rod

    i got it fixed , the upper pin and bracket were clocked wrong , there are two locking pin holes so it could go in 4 different spots.

    so i have a new (12hr) l4701 and putting the rod on , i put it on as per the directions , raised the bucket and it fell off. am i missing something?

    i bought my L4701 for about 12% under build your tractor price . i tried to get the 50hr service thrown in but got all the fluids and filters , dealer said he could not write off the labor charges .

    i signed papers on a new L4701HST , R4 , FEL square back bucket , level rod right side grab handle and had the dealer throw in all 50hr maint items .
