    L5460

It sure looks to me like a lot of the bolt heads show evedence of activity after it left the factory. Good call on taking pics to go with your questions.

    HVAC related question

The previous owner of my current home cut a 12"x12" opening next to the wall in one of the bedrooms and added a decorative floor register there, and a return air cover in the ceiling below. There is a woodstove in the room below it and some of the heat rises up through it. I purchased an 8"...

    Hst and hydraulic filter mx6000

Just picked up a HST filter for my upcoming 200 hour service. $72.00. I may look into a more reasonably priced oil filter but will probably stick with OEM for the HST. If other users come up with a viable alternative, learning is why I joined this site.

    Using Forks

Njtool, nbryan and Dcguinn, If old threads were irrelevant, why not delete them? Do your snide comments add substance to the existing thread? My honest and sincere observations were added because I thought the forks that came with my tractor were usless. Much to my surprise, they were not. I...

What do you ride, and whats the last thing you did to it?

I'm not married to a particular brand either. The Honda is a nice bike and I would not have identified it by looking at the pic. The BMW is very nice. I had an R1200C but sold it a few years ago and got a R1200 GS. The GS is a very comfortable bike to ride for someone with a 36" inseam! The V85...

    What's cookin' boys?

I'm bad about finishing my ribs in the oven, the longer I smell the smoke the hungrier I get! What wood do you smoke with and do you make your own sauce?

    What's cookin' boys?

Thats what I love about the pellet smoker. If I want something a simple as a wood fired pizza, all I have to do is roll it outside and plug it in. I use it year round.

Snow plow suggestions needed for L3560

I don't have the float feature on mine and I am using the shoes but there are areas of the drive where the gravel is deeper and I raise it a bit to keep from pushing it too. Its likely close to a mile and the travel back after clearing it is really rough, even going slow. Beats the crap out of...

    What's cookin' boys?

5 briskets about 6 lbs each, 2 12 lb pork shoulders, 2 racks of baby backs and 8 "country ribs" about 1 1/2 lbs each. I do NOT miss my stick smokers.

What do you ride, and whats the last thing you did to it?

Almost have my latest project finished. Its an 89 Yamaha FJ1200. I'm down to about 20 fairly easy hours. Less than 10,000 on the clock, I love finding stuff like this. I need to STOP looking!

Snow plow suggestions needed for L3560

I am very pleased with my plow, even if I only got to use it once. I have three questions. 1. I only have chains on the front wheels but the weight of the plow makes for a very rough and slow ride on my gravel driveway. Would chains on the rear instead make the ride a little better? 2. As you...

    Attachment type

I have this type of implement attachment on my JD 4310. I want to look for a set of forks but have no clue what the technical term for it is.

    Using Forks

My forks came with the tractor and I sat them off to the side thinking what am I going to use these for? Was I ever wrong! I use mine primarily for moving logs around and stacking them for cutting firewood. I've also moved appliances, wood stoves and picked my plow up from a delivery truck that...

    BEFCO Flail Mower

I do not have one but my BEFCO land plane is my favorite attachment. Well engineered and well built. I spend about 30 minutes every 10 days or so with it on my gravel drive. I would not hesitate to purchase another one of their products.

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Very nice! The idea of a bench top for field work is spot on. I bought a carryall last year but have not had time yet to do anything with it. The shelf idea will definately be part of my future design!

    Workshop Manual

Thanks for answering my question. Although I am going to order a hard copy, the PDF may come in handy when referencing the WSM for questions posted online. PM sent.

    Workshop Manual

Can someone tell me the correct WSM for a 19 L3560 with hydrostatic drive? I have looked but don't see anything that mentions my year and model specifically. I also want a printed manual not a PDF. Thanks!

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

You can bet he is having as much fun on it as you are watching him, maybe more! Great pic. I grew up on a 300 acre farm and was about his age when my grandfather turned me loose on the tractor the first time. The next 50 years of seat time was not as much fun but I am having fun now! Every time...
