Do the double acting valves lock in either direction, or do they always spring return to center?

Interesting, I thought the float detent was required for 3-point splitters, to ensure continual flow of the hydraulic fluid?

I’m probably not asking this question in the right way because I still don’t understand. What types of implements and utilizations of the implements would benefit from a double acting valve more/better than a float detent valve?

Float detent remotes can hold cylinders in a fixed position when not in float mode though? Unless I’m not understanding what you’re saying.

I only have float remotes. Price aside, what are the use cases where you’d want a double acting rear remote over a float rear remote? thank you.

Hello Compare it with the MSRP on the builder on the website - you’ll have to come up with your own price on the trailer. Are you sure you’re buying enough tractor for the type of work you’re planning? I’m not suggesting you’re not, it’s a good question to ask yourself before you sign.

Not sure if I bought a cheap chain puller but it was basically useless. Instead I temporarily removed the idler sprocket to make the chain connection. Back in business. Thanks all.

Thanks all - if this next kubota chain breaks I’ll go the tractor supply route with #60H. I ordered a roller chain puller as well. Dusty my kubota chain was not an o ring chain - must be different on the L4479.

Thank you - I was planning on loosening the idler sprocket while attaching the master link, will that not provide enough slack? That makes sense to upgrade to a 60H, it’s not like the chain is designed to break as a fail-safe to protect the sprockets, that’s what the shear pin on the drive shaft...
