Neutral Safety Switch on Shuttle Shift not working

Discovered that Neutral Safety Switch was not working. Part # TA040-43900 Switch Lever.

Ok will try, possibly not tomorrow we may get wintry conditions here in Louisiana. Looking at parts manual I see Comp. Relay, I don’t use tractor much but I remember a few times I had to move shuttle shift a bit to get it to start or get started to engage

It’s manual shuttle shift, I will check negative connection.

Kubota 4310, everything in neutral, all lights on dash come on, Battery fully charged, glow plug light come on for few seconds then goes off(like it should) turn key on to start and Nothing not even a noise? All help appreciated

Oil plug on L4310 came out seems to be worn out, I ordered new plug but wondering if this is common on 2002 L4310?

Thanks to Everyone, I opened bleed screw/valve, cranked engine over Engine started up, let it run just a bit, closed screw/valve, engine is running as should. Thanks again for all the help.

Fuel pet cock handle is straight down like in diagram posted earlier in post.

Ok, located air bleed screw, fuel tank is above and full of diesel, going out and opening air bleed screw gonna wait 5 minutes to see if fuel shows up, if not then try electric fuel pump if I have one. If no electric pump then what, crank engine over till fuel shows up?

Changed fuel filter on 2002 Kubota L4310, removed filter cup, filter and o-rings. Cleaned cup and spring, replaced small o-ring, then put spring into clean cup with o-ring on cup. Reinstalled filter assembly but did not completely tighten, I turned fuel valve on let filter bowl fill with fuel...
