Does anybody have, and use, the SWAG 20 ton heavy duty finger brake? It comes in both kit form, and pre-welded. Looking for an opinion on usefulness, and quality. I am considering the pre-welded (+$150). I do have a Hobart Handler 190, but don't trust myself to do a nice job.

I am trying to match a 65 year old friend up with a very low hour (no rental) used B26 TLB. Hyd. thumb would be nice, but not a deal killer. Trucking cost to Norfolk, VA area is a consideration.

2006 L48 TLB (260 total hours) boom sags while operating only the loader. Operating/traveling with RPM under 1,800 , must frequently reach back to raise sagging boom. Is this likely a control valve issue, or a cylinder seal issue? The WSM does not offer a suggestion for resolving this condition.

The Kubota manual recommends replacing the two factory formed oil cooler hoses every two years. Does anyone know just why this is. My L48 is 17 years old, and the oil cooler hoses have apparently never been replaced. Should I consider this to be a problem that needs attention? I have zero drips...
