    Yet another Golf Cart Canopy!!

My plastic is to flimsy to even shear off, it would just bend in like it wasn't there. In theory that could "pin me in", but the other thought is that whatever is pushing up against the canopy would be pushing directly against me instead. (If I had the seatbelt on... :)) Another thought is...

    LX2610 quotes from dealers

How long ago did you make your purchase...?

B2601 doing 50 hour service early

For the Shop-Vac trick I found it work better with a second person. Put the hose close to the opening and kind of throttle it with your hand to balance between letting it run out the filter or getting sucked up by the shop vac.

    Loader/3rd function problem

As said, you can manually operate most electric valves. In this common example, the point here can be pushed in with a small tool or nail. If the valve is working, next is to check for power to it. It could be power supply, shifter-switch, DIN connections to the solenoid, or the solenoid. Work...

    Yet another Golf Cart Canopy!!

My original post lost some stuff in an edit. I think it looks great with the well built frame. You may wish for my price but I wish I had you skills for the frame. :-) I'm sure I'll end up with a little more support being added as I start using it more, and I'm sure my supports will not come out...

    Yet another Golf Cart Canopy!!

There is a place here that sells the tops brand new for $20. I just threw it on with a couple of u bolts, there's a little flop to it but not bad, and easy to take off when I need to flop the ROPs down. After a little more use I'll see if I need to add another support or not.

Summit electric rear remote kits, anyone used them?

As I mentioned in another thread, when I decided to open up the hydraulics for a grapple I figured I might as well add the rears at the same time. Afterwards I was told they were working on a kit to do the same thing I was doing. They do move the cylinders fast, we'll see if I can feather the...

Hydraulic Top Cylinder / Float / Cylinder Lock Valve

Thanks for the info. I was only working by theory, and it appears my theory was wrong. :-) I was thinking the cylinder would float when both ports were connected, and could then break the float when that leg connected back to the valve.

Hydraulic Top Cylinder / Float / Cylinder Lock Valve

I was thinking a diverter between the two cylinder ports, and the other leg going back to flow from the valve. Normal would have cylinder port 1 connected to valve. Flipping would cut out the valve and have cylinder ports 1 and 2 connected. I'm thinking with 1 and 2 connected the cylinder would...

Hydraulic Top Cylinder / Float / Cylinder Lock Valve

I should have built it in to the plan, but I figured a cheap diverter valve between the cylinder ports would do it for me if needed. About half as much for a manual setup. (Would serve me right to have to reach for it after not planning it out.. ) Glad to hear it's been done, I'm not totally...

Hydraulic Top Cylinder / Float / Cylinder Lock Valve

Thanks for the response, and it does line up with what I'm thinking. (Wish I would have thought more before going all electric to be "simple". Adding a diverter now to get float back sure goes beyond simple :-) )

Homestead Implements - might be a solution for your needs (especially with 0% financing)

Kubota dealer told me sometime next year for a grapple, and that there was no way I would find one in stock even heading out of state. (They usually have 40 tractors on the lot, they have 4 now). Maybe 4 Kubota attachments on the whole lot, counting ballast boxes. Besides the EA wait, there is...

Hydraulic Top Cylinder / Float / Cylinder Lock Valve

Not sure if this should be in Implement section, but considering the valve and cylinder is involved... I am not clear on something for the top cylinders, locking valves and float. I see people installing rear remotes with floats, but then ordering the Surplus Center top links with the lock...

I know the B2650 is gone, but I've been researching a LONG time.. Looks like you would have been a bit far for a Dr. Pepper run. :-) Thanks Again, Mike

Hello, I've been living on your rear remote write up.. :-) Reread it every constantly as plans change. Most recent version is they send the wrong size banjo fitting, so I was looking at the 90 degree for the 3 PH. From what I gather Kubota's 90 is unique and fits in there. They have one locally...

3 Rear Remotes, 1 Forward Third Function, 1 Valve - They Beat Me To It :-)

I know third functions are rear remotes have been covered quite well here: https://www.orangetractortalks.com/forums/threads/dual-rear-remotes-on-my-b2650.33155/page-5#post-469011 Especially on B2650’s which are not being made now. I read everything trying to put together a plan, and came out...

Dual rear remotes on my B2650

I know this is an old thread but I thought it would be easier to keep the information in one place. Please let me know if a new thread would be best. (especially considering the length.. ) I’ve been reading everything to that I could find for the last few weeks, time for some (dumb?) questions...
