    BX 2200 Alternator upgrade

Thanks guys, all great ideas. We are trying to talk him into the plumbed water heater option. We had also suggested the diesel heater but he thinks it will be to much work. As far as the cab it stays on al summer and he just takes the doors off and uses it that way. This upcoming winter will the...

    BX 2200 Alternator upgrade

My elderly neighbor has a 2001 BX 2200 and he put a Original Cab on it and wants to use an electric (12V) heater to keep him warm in the winter while plowing his drive. The Dymo will not handle the heater and lights so we know we need to upgrade the alternator. Can anyone tell me the Wholegoods...

    Loader droops now.

Yup, there was one spool that we did polish a bit. It fit tight back into the valve. There is no leak in the valve spool top or bucket cylinders. I did bite the bullet and shell out a grand for a new valve. I think I will be replacing it next week. Learned a lot on what to take off and not take...

    Loader droops now.

After getting the kit to fix the broken relief valve ( see my loader problem post ) on our 2012 B2620, and get it installed the loader works fine in all operations, however now the bucket droops with or without a load ! I will be checking to see if it is in one or both of the cylinders for curl...

I got the kit from the local dealer who took the time to check with Kubota and they sold me the kit for $80.00. I did order the new valve because off the uncertainty after I get the old one back together and on. They knocked another 100 of the valve because I have bought a lot of things from...

    Loader valve problem

This is what we found. Looks like the shock caused the relief valve to fracture! Galled the spool also. Valve body looks good.

    Loader valve problem

We have decided to remove the valve body and check it out. I will be laying a old sheet between the tractor fender and on the floor below just in case when I remove the lines something comes out or falls out. More later and pictures if I can get them to post.

    Loader valve problem

All linkage is connected and free I even lubed it lightly when I put it back together. Up and down has the range of motion it has always had. The curl up functions as it should. The curl down has motion but it does not seem as far as before it stopped working. When we had this torn down to...

Hi all. Need a few ideas on a problem we have. We have a 2012 Kubota B2620. The other day while using it the bucket " down " curl would not function all of a sudden. It would up curl raise and lower . I was lifting a rear blade with it via a chain and the chain slipped and shock loaded the...

    B2620 front axel parts

We have the typical dreaded front axel knuckle leaks on our 2012 B2620. The left front is worse than right but both are leaking. We do a lot of loader work with it and I suspect that is the main cause. It has just over 400 hrs on it. I have searched high and low but obviously not the right spot...

    Towing B2620 back to garage

Back up and running. Just loosened the sediment bowl filled the tank and cranked it until it started and stopped. Tried it again and it stayed running. Tightened the sediment bowl and checked for leaks. Simple change as well as simple design. Easy to change in no time. Thanks for all the help.
