My wife is looking into some of the medi-share plans. Any thoughts on those?

    BX2680 shuts down

I'll have to try this. I typically move it very slowly anyway, inching into my tight (fore & aft, not width..) parking spot. I will also run the tests Dave posted, see what's up. I just thought it was supposed to be that way, since it's done it from day 1.

    BX2680 shuts down

I can move my 2380 while standing beside it, pushing the tredle with my hand. Been this way since new (2017).... Did KB change something?

Size of flail mower on bx2380

I think 48" would be perfect, matches the track width of the tractor. Just watch the weight of the mower, that would be the biggest factor, but power-wise, you should have no problem running a 48.

Has anyone rented a small towable man lift?

I rented one of those several years ago to assist in staining my exterior house siding. (not a fan of ladders...) Once it was leveled up, it worked quite well. However, as Bird Dogger mentioned, they can be fickle to get level. The unit I rented was electric, and was also locked out if it was...

    Stabilizer arms $170 on ebay

If you change 3-pt attachments even once in a while, they are the best $200 you'll ever spend. Why Kubota does not offer these as a factory option on the BX is a real head-scratcher...

    Hooks on a bx bucket

I had the same issue with my first set. It's of critical importance you get the correct hooks for the bucket you have, as Kubota has changed the shape of the bucket top multiple times. BXPanded replaced my fist set with a different set based on the lip of my bucket, they work like a charm. I'm...

    OK Im gona whine

A couple dogs roaming around will usually cause them to relocate. They are also easy to live-trap with some sunflower seeds. They take over pretty quick when left unchecked.

    BX23S value?

The biggest hindrance to selling "like-new" used stuff right now is the 0% financing on the new stuff. Very few will pass up free money vs. minimal savings. I went through this earlier in the spring, thought about up-trading my BX for a B, got a great price for the new B, but couldn't justify...

That sounds great, I would certainly follow along! Are you using std construction? Well & septic? Do you have contractor experience? We are doing something similar, a bit smaller....24x24 on a walk-out, currently comparing timber frame, log, ICF, & conventional, and metal roof as well. If we...

    3 point finish mower

You don't mention acreage....how much for the manicured lawn, and how much for the expansion area? Ideally, both would be perfect. ZTR for the manicured lawn, RFM for the expansion area. But based only on what you've given, I would say RFM if you could only have one machine, simply because...

    Rookie looking for buying tips.

Yeah, I think you want to be no less than 10% discount, and it will be tough to get more than 15%, at least based on my experience here in Ohio. Of course, different regions & different tractors/implements will affect the final discount. But I think for SCUT's & CUT's, 10-15% off MSRP should be...

2380 wont turn bushhog fast enough to cut

540 PTO RPM on a BX is 3200-3400 engine RPM. You should be able to engage the tractor rear PTO with nothing attached, and visually note RPM increase with throttle, via the PTO shaft. Sounds like a faulty gearbox or some other issue on the cutter.
