FYI: Be mindful of advice given!

Different countries use different setups. I’m in Canada and I have a Quicke/Alo loader. Some parts are available through Kubota , others are sourced through different dealerships, for example internal hydraulic parts. It’s a pain.

    Hydraulics

This is a mechanical valve made by Alo aka quickie. It’s on my Kubota. I’m from Canada , assuming that will change some machine setups. So when I put them back into the bores and put pressure to the valve , that will automatically be where I need them to be to move oil ? Hmm.

    Hydraulics

Hello, just wondering what some of you guys that work on your machines do for marking the actuator valve and or open lcs when installing a new seal kit. If this isn’t marked properly how to you determine the position in the valve bore? Thx

    Hydraulic hoses

Hi, model is an m100x . Just wondering if there’s an easier way to change the hydraulic hoses from the pump (under cab). I don’t see anywhere in the wsm about there being an access door on the cab floor. I don’t really want to put the entire cab off . Thanks

    Replacing hydraulic pump hoses

Hello. I have a m100x with a grapple bucket and I’m just wondering the easiest way to approach changing my hoses from the pump to mechanical valve that runs my bucket. The 3 hoses run under the cab to the pump and I’m wondering if I need to lift the cab off or if there’s a better way? Thanks...

It seems as they are over tightened. The ID tag on the valve has faded so I’m looking for another ways to ID it. I will be calling the dealer shortly.

    Hydraulic valve question

Having issues with my ALO hydraulic valve . I’ve posted a picture for reference , the 3-4 side has no issues but if you look where I’ve labelled 1-2 it is shorter and seems to be stuck. I originally thought the cable was pooched. The pressure from the pump is fine. Just wondering if I should be...

    Question , with picture

sorry for a piss poor quality picture . I put the pressure tester on it and the leak is coming from between the water pump and the engine block . I inserted a new seal between the 2, lined it up and torqued it to spec. Why would it still leak?? Thx
