Everything was shiny clean except for the cup liner , 31 in the image below. That bearing and spring (32 and 33) didn't reach the bottom of 30 so not sure how that works.

Welp, I got it up to my place and took the boom side of the valve apart. It was full of rust and dirt at the bottom. It's raising great now, but when I lower it, I have to push a bit hard half way through and it sort of "pops". Any ideas? TIA!

Diagonal functions work - but only in regards to bucket roll. No boom lift at all and very little down pressure.
