Made another big pile of tops a small pile of future mulch thanks to my PTO driven chipper.

I have a Woodland Mills chipper on the way and I’m wondering how to engage the PTO then dismount to feed the chipper. If I remember correctly, the seat safety switch will kill the engine once the weight comes off.

I’ve recently some logging done on my 30 acre lot. I’d like to buy a PTO driven chipper for clean up. Recommendations? It‘ll be strapped to an L3301. thanks

Hi all, I recently added a third function valve to my tractor and was wondering where I could go in town to pick up some type of protective sleeve I could slide the two new hoses into for protection. I see stuff on line, but I was hoping that maybe someone has seen what I need in a big box store...

I’m going into town to talk to a welder today about that. I want to get an idea of cost to remove old pin mounting tabs and weld a plate on.

I just mounted a SS Quick Attach adapter to the front end of my L3301 to use a grapple. I’d still like to be able to use a bucket for moving material, so now I need a compatible bucket. Any suggestions on what brands to look at or what to stay away from? thanks

I’ve noticed that since putting the quick hitch adapter on, the curl/dump cylinders will now retract about an inch more than previously.

Id like to adjust the travel on the hydraulic cylinders the curl/dumps the loader bucket. I would like to take just a little bit of the curl out. is that possible?

I picked up a full mounting plate as well. i don’t trust my welding skills to competently do this job, so I’ll take the bucket and the mount to a fabrication shop to weld together.

It’s a ProWorks adapter. Bought it from SkidSteerAttacments in Huntsville AL. the third function kit is a Kubota kit that I bought thru Summit Hydraulics in AZ.

Just finished up adding a quick hitch adapter to the tractor. Went very smooth. Now I just need for the third function kit to show up so I can start using this grapple. After I get that done, I need to have the new mounting plate for the loader bucket welded on so I can use that with the adapter.

Morning, im in the preliminary steps of replacing my pin on FEL with a quick attach adapter. im wondering if the bolts that hold the bucket pins in place are a one time use and replace, or if they can be reused. is there a torq spec? thanks, steve

I’m doing the 400 hr service on my L3301 and I can get the fuel filter to break loose. applying pressure with a filter wrench is twisting the mount, I’m afraid I’ll break it. Any advice?
