    B2601 Grapple Dilemma

i used a SGC0660 on my B2601 and now on my LX3310. Digging out and carrying rocks, moving deadfall and brush with no problems. I think there is an advantage to a 54. The concern is not to torque the loader by having off centre loads.

LX2610 Manual Says No Tire Fluid When Operating the Loader

    LX3310HSDCC Ballast quandary

Exactly what I told the salesman, dealer, regional rep., and Kubota Canada. Yet they all insisted that it was okay to have the oversized R14 on a cab tractor. Eventually they agreed to replace the oversized tires with the “proper” sized ones, but it took almost 6 months.

    LX3310HSDCC Ballast quandary

SDT- I have tried asking Kubota Canada, but so far they have not replied. Given my previous experience with them over R14 tires (my cabbed tractor was equipped with the larger sized ones) I’m not surprised… BAP- The manual does mention to not use liquid ballast in the tires when using a...

    LX3310HSDCC Ballast quandary

So I was using the Ballast box (loaded with 5 sidewalk blocks) that I had from my B2601 on my new LX. Seemed to work okay. Took the loader off and put on the snowblower. Unfortunately, with the ballast box on it won’t fit in the garage. I was considering having beet juice added to the rears...

    Flail Brand question

I’m looking for a flail to mow ditches and trail through the bush/pasture. Seems like choices in Western Canada are limited to Maschio GIRAFFA S SI 120 or a Beco 48” boom. The Maschio is almost twice the price, but local, while the Beco is shipped from Ontario. I’d be interested in opinions...

LX2610/3310 owners w/ large tire option implements lowering question

My dealer installed the larger R14 Tires on my LX3310 cab. The 3 pt only drops to 11 5/8”. Hooking up anything is a major PITA. My Kodiak box blade doesn’t cut very much. By comparison, my B2601’s 3 pt dropped to 9”.

I’m curious as to the part number for the chute deflector on your snowblower? If I recall from your YouTube video, it operates off the 3rd function. Thanks.

    R4 vs R14

I’m trying to decide on which tire to get for a new LX3310 cab. I have had R4s on my B2601 for the last 5 years and they mostly have served well. I’m not particularly concerned about impact on my yard, as I mow with a Grasshopper. What is the relative “toughness“ and puncture resistance of the...

    LX2963 chute deflector

I’m looking at upgrading to a new LX3310 cab tractor with a LX2963 snowblower. The dealer has listed the remote chute deflector control as BL7522. That part apparently is a “Hyd Chute Deflector w/Electric Selector”. As I will also be having having a 3rd function installed for my grapple, I don’t...

    Bucket Grapple/Thumb in Canada?

When I was looking at grapples, the issue I found was that most were so heavy that they "ate into" the lift capacity of the loader. Like you, the best options I could find were from the US, and getting them here was serious money. So far I'm making do with the bucket and a set of pallet...

    Proper SSQA forks for B2620

I bought these: http://hlaattachments.com/item.php?item=267&cat=Forks&sub=Pallet%20Forks&pltfrm= Really happy with them. With a relatively small lift capacity, I didn't want to lose too much of it to the weight of the forks.

B2601 but what implements and attachments?

I'm using this fork: http://hlaattachments.com/item.php?item=267&cat=Forks&sub=Pallet%20Forks&pltfrm= One thing to consider is that our b2601 doesn't have a very high lift capacity, so you need to subtract the weight of the fork attachment. I've used and abused the HLA, and it has been flawless...

    Grapple vs pallet forks -BX25

Don't have a grapple, but my SSQA pallet forks may be my most useful implement. I've used it for hauling away trees that we cut down, for moving large rocks, concrete pieces, and fence posts, a work platform, unloading a beer fridge;), and a "log horse". I think it spends more time on the...

    Wheel Spacer-what to buy?

So, it's become evident that I need to purchase some wheel spacers to install chains on the B2601. Searches bring up a variety of brands: Bora, Bro-Teck, Stahl, Tracks Company. Made out of either aluminum or steel. So, what are your recommendations and experiences? Thanks.

    "Jack" or lift placement point?

Thanks, but the Canadian Kubota site doesn't work the same as Kubota USA's site. No mid-mount mower to worry about.
