Posting for others with similar problem I had similar problem it turned out to be neutral switch . I found this utube video that describes it . http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xOSB4v4K1bk I was able to adjust the switch on my 2320 from underneath the tractor with out removing any covers .

gyro ; Sorry just noticed this message . No i still have the issue ,it seemed 80% better during the warmer weather ,a Kubota Rep called said the videos posted on utube were the way it should act , at the time {warm weather } it seemed better .

Have same issue with B2320 sticks when running but not when engine is turned off Still unresolved. If yours sticks when the engine is not running i would guess it is a linkage problem. http://www.orangetractortalks.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2977 Was going to suggest Tractor smart for PDF...

Update Dealer took in and from what the mechanic told me he reamed out part 020 in enclosed picture seems better after using for about 1 hour today . I will start putting grease on part #20

Installed new damper ,no improvement . Waiting for answer from the person that posted video. He sent me this message . Kubota has a fix for it, not impressed with the results. Hopefully he sends part #s
