New guy on the block crank no start B7200

This is what my manual shows regarding the starting circuit. Please be aware the Glow Plug Indicator may not be visible in daylight or in a lighted garage. This indicator was used widely as a cigarette lighter but that is of no help to you. If tractor was running recently and no subsequent mods...

    B7200 HST- PTO shaft removal.

Hi I am still investigating a rattle in my B7200 and can not identify it. The clutch area was highly suspect and I split the tractor last winter, (see link below) everything was perfect, put all together again and still have a rattle. I now suspect something in the PTO shaft. Noise/rattle is not...

    Mowing Deck RC48-62H

Look at where the grass is thrown out from the mower. As tractor moves forward grass should be thrown from the lead of the rotating blades to the "diffuser" outlet. If your mower outlet is on the right side then clockwise rotation is correct. Hope this helps

    B7200 HST Flywheel Replacement?

I have my B7200 split (to investigate rattle) and will soon replace the flywheel. Foolishly I did not mark position of crankshaft relative to flywheel. There are 5 holes - 4 wrong positions and one correct. See photos Engine has been rotated after I split the tractor. How do I find the correct...

    B7200 Rattle from clutch/flywheel area?

Thanks to wdlanning and twomany for replies. Located grease nipple proposed by twomany. Gave it approx 5 squirts from grease gun and no appreciable change in "rattle". Don't know if this is a good or bad result but thanks again for the suggestion. I took off the drain plug and found some dirt...

    D950 injection pump trouble

Some further things to look into: Are the cranking speed, battery and starter motor good? Are you using decompression to improve speed for the initial compression and firing? That you are getting no smoke of any colour does suggest a fuel supply problem. Dont know where the fuel tank is on your...

Hi all. I have a D850 engine in a Neuson mini digger and I intend to do Compression and Air pressure tests on three cylinders as described elsewhere on this forum. Engine runs well but difficult starting in cold weather. In these Covid Virus days I can chase down the starting problem. Problem...

    Mower on B7300

It turns out that page 13 on this document (RC40-G RC44-G AND RC48-G Mower Deck Manual 2 of 3 (2).pdf) is missing in the kubotabooks.com site. I had been using "A type" belts (1/2" V belts) and they wear out quickly. I have been told that the B type V-belts (5/8") are recommended. Could some...

    B7100 HST no start

Hi The D950 engine has a decompression facility which aids starting. Black knob on B7200 operated by left hand when starting. Your left hand is holding camera and it should be pulling the black knob which has a cable to the decompression lever on top rear of the engine Please check if this...

Hi if the B7100 has a decompression facility then do as others have advised (bleed till all air bubbles have gone} above. During initial cranking to remove the bubbles and air use the decompression knob in order not to run down the battery. Hope this helps

    Measuring HST Pressures

Threads on my B7200 HST are BSPT British Standard Pipe Taper I tested mine with a Gauge connected to a hydraulic hose and on to the tractor test points. A hydraulic hose repair shop will make up a unit for you and they will be able to help identify the thread fitting. Bring the blank plug to...
